1 150g5.3oz container coconut yogurt (or 150ml/2/3 cup any yogurt)
2pitted dates
¾cup175ml coconut water
1cupice cubes
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except the ice on high speed until smooth, then add the ice and blend again.
Divide between two large glasses.
*Made with strawberries, this smoothie is low oxalate, at approximately 4.89mg per serving (if divided into 2 servings). Sweet cherries have a similar oxalate content to strawberries, and mango is slightly lower.
