1bouillon cube or 1 heaping tablespoon broth paste, chicken or veg, or more to taste
3cupsfiltered water
½inchbunch of spaghetti noodles, or more if you like lots of noodles, broken into pieces
Instructions
Place the three cups of water into a medium sized pot. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, and add to the water. Add all remaining ingredients to the pot and stir well.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to medium/low to simmer, cover, and cook until the vegetables and noodles are tender, approximately 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings, and serve with saltine crackers.
